Traveling Carriage Unit DF100¥DF150 is designed to embrace wearproof aluminum rail and to run itself with rack and pinion gear. Running in all positions (downward, upward, sideways, lengthways) is possible. Even in case of eccentric load, traveling is always stable.

Accessories like as Limit Switch necessitated to controlling the carriage etc. are provided.

Traveling Carriage is compact and light, and easy to fix/remove with aluminum rail, and sturdy.

Traveling Carriage Unit DF100¥DF150 is simply assembled with automatic control device. High conventionality is to make exclusive traveling carriage unit suitable for automatic welding.

This is applied for "KILONY" Weld Runner PA1, Weld Runner2 PA2.
