Screw Adjuster HJR Type, remaining image of conventional HJR Series, was changed in inner construction. Screw Type Driving Mechanism has rotary support equipped with big bearing and can make fine positioning adjustment smoothly. Further, connecting method to outside can be used in combination with 4 ways;‡@conventional diamond shape torch clamp connecting, ‡AHH Type round shape torch clamp connecting, ‡BHJR square pipe direct connecting with square flange and ‡CHSL Type Pipe Holder direct connecting. Screw Adjuster Series has 2 kinds of adjusting stroke, 50mm and 100mm. Flange Block necessary for assembling each is provided.
Screw Adjuster HKR-100 is the type sturdier than HJR square pipe. HKR is the round type made of lost wax. Flange Block necessary for assembling each is provided.
In Rack Adjuster HL Series, HL33 and HL22 were provided in addition to the conventional HL55, 50mm square pipe. Depend on item to be supported, tools selection is free. HL Type Rack Adjuster is rack/pinion driving, so will quickly correspond to operators' sensitivity at discretion.
HL33/HL22 Series is completely interchangeable with HJR Series, and is free to connect to every parts of HJR Series. Main body of HL22 is used of square pipe in same size as expanding arm portion of HJR. HL33 is used of square pipe in same size as main body of HJR.
Quick response of Rack Adjuster and fine correspondence of Screw Adjuster in combination will make torch supporting adjusting mechanism fitted with operator's sensitivity.
With the new series of HJR/HL and HH/HSL Holder HH Type Screw Adjuster Series, making equipment suitable for work on the spot is now possible.
