FEATURES OF ELECTRONICS MAGNETIC OSCILLATOR OM TYPE

"KILONY" Oscillator will make 'bead outlook' regular, and will prevent welding defect from work disalignment, gap and wire core vibration in operation. It's easy to set up welding conditions according to beveling/welding position, and to make molten pool stabilized for rising quality level.

Electronics Type is to adjust range of oscillating and number of oscillating, and free to set up pausing time at both sides. Stopping is certainly at the center of oscillating and the centering position can be moved at discretion.

Electronics Mgnetic Oscillator OE Type is to swing only arc utilizing magnetic force of magnet.

Feature of Magnetic Oscillator is that wearable mechanism is nonexistent and torch can be compact in size.

Each unit of Control Unit and Oscillator Head is compact and light weighty, and easy to be fitted to conventional automatic welding system even later one.

Electronics Magnetic Oscillator Type OM is suitable for weiding which is preformed to very narrow object and is required with mincing step and fast weaving operation.
