FEATURES OF TIG/PLASMA TUNGSTEN ERECTODE AUTOMATIC SHARPENER "KENTARO"

"KILONY" Tungsten Electrode Automatic Grinding TM5A Type is adopted with 'double motor system' by which grinding belt is revolving and also tungsten electrode itself is automatically revolving.

Not in many other cases, only "KILONY" KENTARO and KENJIRO are originally adopted with 'double motor system'.

Tungsten Electrode can be attached with exclusive chuck. No collet is required. Thin and thick diameter electrode, and long and short length electrode are available for setting.

Grinding angle can be easily and perfectly adjusted by 'angle adjusting knob' equipped on the side.

Exclusive grinding disc can grind tungsten electrode very softy and will not cause burning. It's durable for long time and excellent for economization.

Tungsten Electrode Grinding, NEW 'KENTARO' TM5A, is absolutely essential for Precise Automatic TIG welding/Plasma Welding.

EXPLANATION OF FUNCTION

Electrode Holding Chuck of TM5A Type is fastened by turning clockwise and loosened by turning counterclockwise.

Grinding angle of electrode tip can be adjusted at discretion.

According to angle adjusted, extruding length from chuck end can be also adjusted.

After chucking electrode and adjusting angle, power switch ON.

Grinding belt motor and electrode revolving motor will run simultaneously.

By only pressing handle slightly, automatic grinding is proceeded.

Acrylic cover will prevent splashing of shavings while grinding.
