Submerged-arc Welding obtainable on market is so much difficult to be automated, because operator has always watch torch position to be coincidental to welding line which is corrected form disalignment of traveling on rail, and welding line is covered by flux. Thus, operator is compelled to do only by intuition, and is not taking his eyes off.

With having Seam Tracking System BD2 assembled, it will automatically trace welding line. After starting operation, perfect automatic welding can be achieved.

Several units of BD2 Type can be managed by one operator.

Seam Tracking System BD2 Type will probe the spot of arc generating, so it can trace welding line curved even in bow-shape.

BD2 Type can be easily assembled with submerged-arc welder obtainable on market.

Good look of welding bead finished and of perfect root running of back welding is obtainable, so it's useful for improvement of good quality.

It will make easy for positional of rail and work and working time will be considerably shortened.
