FEATURES OF "KILONY" GUIDE NF-TYPE



"KILONY" AUTO-GUID NF TYPE is practical to 'Welding Line Seam Tracking System' which is adopted to direct contact method of the probe tip and work.

This is proud of having plenty of actual record and also of having practical use available for all sorts of welding spot.

Smoothly and lightly operating will assure high accuracy seam tracking realizable.

Changing 3-modes 'right act', both 'sides act' or left act' and setting 'Forward Setting L1', or 'Parallel Setting L2' will male any kind and shape or work applicable.

Probe Tip is replaceable, so it's applicable to any shape of beveling.

Probe Sensor, which is the heart of "KILONY" GUIDE NF-TYPE, is precise sensor outputting the analog voltage signal of positioning relation between beveling and torch in high accuracy.

Analog voltage signal will correctly transfer the work condition to the control unit. Incidentally this type will distinguish the position such as 'no work existing', 'proper seam tracking', 'abnormal undulation', and will probe 'end of work' in operation and 'tact welding bead'.

Further, prove sensor adapting to environment is designed to take welding work environment in deep consideration and highly reputed.

Each unit of Probe Sensor, Control and Slide is compact and light weighty, and easy to be fitted to conventional automatic welding system even later on.

FEATURES EXPLANATION

Prove Sensor, which is the heart of "KILONY" Guide NF Type, should be correctly fitted just in accordance with work shape and also beveling size to be applied.

The both sides act mode is to search beveling bottom, and is to move the reverse side if pushed by force at right or left direction, and always to keep the neutral position. This is used mainly for horizontal downward welding.

The right (left) act mode is to search beveling bottom and also right side (left side) and to keep the distance constant between the bottom and the side. This is mainly for fillet welding.

This signal is analyzed into 2 way directions; upward/downward, and rightward/leftward. The signal accuracy is indicated with }10V analog voltage.

Control Unit is to receive the analog voltage signal transmitted from the probe sensor and to automatically recognize the present state of each position. The control unit is to recognize displacement between the torch aiming position and the beveling position, and simultaneously drive the slide units within the range of probe accuracy. The control unit will arrange moving speed of the slide unit according to displacement volume, viz., large is faster and small is slower. Operation of this positioning correctness will be repeated rapidly and continuously.

In case the most suitable seam tracking is exceeding, the control unit will make output signal of 'end of work' and 'tack welding bead probe' in such the state.

Thus, "KILONY" Guide NF Type can pursue welding line at high accuracy, and automatically distinguish work condition.
