WELD RUNNER 2 model:PA2
"WELD RUNNER-2" PA2 Type was the model which was up graded from "WELD RUNNER-1" PA1Type which is already popular.

Carriage and Rail were up scaled for much stabilizing full automated welding.

"WELD RUNNER-2" is systematized in one unit, in combination with welding Driving Sequence Control„High Precise Comparative Controlled Seam Tracking ("KILONY" Auto Guide NF Type) and Carriage Unit.

It's compact and light weighty. By connecting it with Semi-automatic Welding Power Source, it can be used as Automatic Welding Carriage.

Manual operation is also very simple, "just push a starting button". After that, "KILONY" Auto Guide which is proud of many past record and high practicabiliy and also Exclusive Welding Driving Sequence Control Unit will run to totally automated welding.

At the end of work, Seam Tracking will be OFF automatically and will weld continuously up to the end, and then be finished after lifting up the torch.

"WELD RUNNER-2" is really useful and practical on the spot.

Basic Operation
1.Set seam tracker and push the button.
2.Arc is generated,and carrige will start traveling, then high precise seam taracking will automatically start.
3.Seam tracker will turn off automatically at the ending, and welding will continue to the last.
4.Torch is automatically lifting up itself.
5.Carrige is returning back at high speed to the start position(option).
