Traveling Carriage Unit is also both for Wire Feeder Carriage Unit and combined with Control Unit in one, exclusive for "WELD RUNNER".
Torch fitting Position Fine Adjusting Mechanism is easy to use and compact equipped with "KILONY" New Product : HJR¥HL Series. And, Rack Adjuster HL Series is Rack/Pinion Driving, and to cope quickly with quick motion at operator*s discretion.
Torch Supporting Mechanism combined with Rack Adjuster's quick response and Screw Adjuster's fine response is available for operator's sensibility.
Exclusive System Control is working in combination, 'automatic welding sequence', 'seam tracking control' and 'carriage traveling control' and is totally controlling in system.
As previously used, simple method is sensible to run, "just push a button".
Use and operation is same an before, now easier to use and operate a slim style.

Basic Operation |
| 1.Set seam tracker and push the button. | |
| 2.Arc is generated,and carrige will start traveling, then high precise seam taracking will automatically start. | |
| 3.Seam tracker will turn off automatically at the ending, and welding will continue to the last. | |
| 4.Torch is automatically lifting up itself. | |
| 5.Carrige is returning back at high speed to the start position(option). |
