H-MELT RUNNER simply composed is compact and light weighty, so it*s easy to set up and no need of wide space.
Originally equipped with "KILONY" Auto Guide NF Type is available for non-operator required for perfect welding.
H-MELT RUNNER is designed to achieve high efficiency welding by one operator handling 2 units.
Manipulator having right angled crossing 2 axis will make working range widely spread.
Big sized H-Beam, by only turning over 90, can be simply processed with downward fillet welding at both sides.
Rail and Work Conveyer etc. are easily obtainable at users site, so manufacturing cost is considerably decreased.
H-MELT RUNNER is possible for totally automated Tandem Submerged-arc Welding with high efficiency particularly for H-Beam and Box Column.
