This was newly added to "KILONY" Automatic Welding System equipped with Seam Tracking. That is Universal Revolving Automatic Welding System Type PH3 which is equipped with "KILONY" Guide (Contact Signal Output Type Seam Tracking) and Automatic Welding Sequence connected to "KILONY" Oscillator Unit.

Seam Tracking Axis of "KILONY" Universal Revolving Automatic Welding System Type PH3 Series is used with Auto Manipulator MF Type, and can be applied for various kinds of work with long torch position adjusting stoke. MF Type Auto Manipulator can be selected at 400mm/600mm/940mm stroke to meet with work and positioner size in use.

Seam Tracking Sensor is KC11 Type of Contact Signal Output, high efficiency seam tracking sensor. "KILONY" Guide will correspond to each mode setting and to various welding shape.

Oscillator in use is electronic and Face Turning Type OF15. Control Panel will make setting number of turning/range of turning/stopping at center/pausing time.

Torch fixing and positioning fine adjusting mechanism are compact to use with "KILONY" New Product, Adjuster in series of HJRHL. Type HJR, Screw Adjuster, is having revolving support of bearing in screw driving mechanism. This is assured to smooth and fine adjustment. Connecting method to out side can be assorted with 4 kinds and adjusting stroke is 2 kinds of 50mm/100mm. Flange and Block necessary for assembling of each kinds are provided. Rack Adjuster HL Series is corresponding to quick motion of operator at discretion because of having Rack/Pinion driving. Quick response of Rack Adjuster and fine combination of Screw Adjuster will realize Torch Supporting Mechanism fitted with operators' sensitiveness.

Exclusive System Control will today control the system such as 'Automatic Welding Sequence' combined with 'Seam Tracking Control''Positioner Control'. Same as WELD RUNNER now popular, 'Just Push a Button' is utilized here. And, Series PH31 can be uses with separate type big sized positioner and turning roll in combination.
